I’ll work one-on-one with you to craft a simple, doable plan to achieve all of these goals and more.
How it works:
Our first telephone or Skype meeting will take about an hour and a half and I’ll ask you all kinds of questions (some will probably surprise you!) to help me get to know you and better understand your issues around food and eating. I’ll then give you a rundown of where I think we can work to help you achieve your goals. Depending on your need, budget, and schedule we’ll book one-hour weekly or biweekly appointments to give ourselves a good jump start on the work and then taper them off to once a month or so once we hit our groove. The work itself is a mixture of respectful inquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation, exploration and well-chosen homework. It’s designed to help you reach your goals, to properly evaluate and re-adjust them when necessary, and you help you develop a friendly relationship with food and your body.
I’m also available for email support between appointments and I will do my best to respond to you within 24 hours.
